We are looking for MATURE & RESPONSIBLE NYS Licensed Security Officers for assignment to a residential property in Hamilton Heights, Upper Manhattan, that enjoys customer service and helping people!

IMMEDIATE HIRE!! Phone & Video Interviews.

Schedules Available Below: weekends are REQUIRED

• 4pm-12am Shift
• 12am-8am: Shift

You must be able remain on post & work beyond the scheduled time as needed!!

Responsibilities:

• Write Incident Reports Online
• Access Control (Visitors must sign in)
• Enforcement building rules
• Stickering illegal park cars & contact the tow company
• Monitor CCTV
• Stairwell & Parking Lot Patrols
• Scan in packages & give out packages to Shareholders

Qualifications

• Must have VALID NYS Security License
• Able to follow written procedures
• Able to read, write and speak English
• Able to remain on post & work beyond the scheduled time as needed
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Able to use an android tablet to write well written incident reports

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
