Description:

• Promotes the security goals of crime and loss prevention through interactions with other departments, and the supervision and activities of staff.

• Promotes the Magis goals of customer service (care, concern, respect, cooperation) through interactions with other departments and supervision of staff.

• Handles the day to day Human Resource responsibilities of shift.

• Provides and participates in training of officers and other employees.

• Develops staffing schedules.

• Assists the Safety Department in the accomplishment of safety goals and the enforcement of safety rules and regulations

Position Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Required: Associate's Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Specify Degree(s): Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement/Security Administration

• Minimum Experience: Required: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience

• Licensure/Certifications: Required: Valid Illinois State Driver's License Preferred: CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Other: IAHSS Basic, Advanced, Supervisory Certification Preferred
