THE LASH LOUNGE® at Chimney Rock in Bound Brook, NJ, is looking for a dynamic and motivated experienced Lash Artist. We are a national franchise is growing in New Jersey. Our salon offers a luxury experience specializing in eyelash extensions. We are committed to creating an inviting atmosphere that will WOW our clients with our service and the confidence that their beautiful new eyelashes will give them.

The ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing with excellent client service skills and have exceptional attention to detail. All candidates must either have a cosmetology or esthetician license, or a student permit leading towards becoming licensed.

Even though you've done lashes, we have an outstanding training and certification program, which will even benefit someone that has experience from elsewhere. Signing bonus is available for experienced artists who can quickly certify and have existing clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform salon services for our clients including:
• Classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions
• Eyelash perming
• Facial threading
• Ensure the salon's appearance is always top-notch and gives our clients and employees an outstanding environment appropriate for a luxury salon.
• Educate clients on all services along with retail products’ key benefits.
• Assist with promotional and marketing events to help build the brand awareness of the salon.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
