Description
We are looking for a senior accountant that will report to the Controller. This individual will support our Controller with daily/monthly financial functions. This position performs A/P and A/R duties, maintains financial reports, reporting and analytics, month end closing, and financial updates. All internal and external communication should be clear, thorough, and provide a high level of customer service. Also will assist with special projects assigned by Management.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Review client contracts to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment in accordance with ASC 606
- Manage AR and invoicing processes
- Review accounts receivable aging report and perform collections
- Prepare sales and VAT tax schedules, and coordinate preparation of monthly tax returns with outside vendors
- Process all vendor invoices in a timely manner, and ensure accuracy and approval
- Review & reconcile vendor statements. Investigate and resolve any past due balances in timely manner
- Maintain, update, and create new vendors, while maintaining an electronic file of W-9's; Assist in the annual 1099 reporting process
- Reconcile bank statements
- Reconcile merchant account statements against bank statements and Company’s internal reports
- Complete other requests as needed
Qualifications:
- General accounting knowledge required
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
- 2-4 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
