Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management and execution of the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions and the timely preparation of month end financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Manage all accounting activities including monthly close, Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and additional processes to ensure proper accounting.
Create monthly financial statements, analyses, and other key management reports.
Help develop and maintain policies and procedures that are appropriate for a reseller and e-commerce sales organization.
Within the ERP (NetSuite) system, work with other functional areas on integration issues and the determination of appropriate workflows.
Oversee the A/R, and A/P functions through direct management of the A/R and A/P team.

Required Education & Experience:
Minimum 10 years Accounting experience in a corporate setting
Background in public accounting, or Accounting Manager level experience preferred
Minimum two years Management experience with direct reports
Bachelor’s degree in accounting of finance required, CPA preferred.
MBA or MA in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Computer equipment and level of software requirements:
ERP system experience required, SAP and NetSuite preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
