Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Play a key role in supporting activities to re-design and activate a new firmwide Learning operating model and strategy, including designing new processes in operating model, defining operating rhythms, building executive updates, managing senior stakeholders, and overseeing components of strategic planning. This role is ideal for a high-potential self-starter who is looking to take their career to the next level.
Specifically, responsibilities include:
- Support in driving end-to-end, next-gen Learning experience - including discovery, design, impact analyses, change management and implementation efforts
- Manage core aspects of the learning product strategy, including forward-looking calendars, presentations, escalations and gravitating to specific content areas as ad hoc needs arise
- Advise and facilitate decision-making to shape the direction of the learning product and organization
- Apply key principles of project management and agile methodology to set objectives, monitor progress, coordinate with key stakeholders, and drive towards seamless delivery
- Provide direction and inputs into product roadmaps and backlogs
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative analysis to conduct deep dives on key learning processes, operational metrics, issue remediation, and incremental solution recommendations
- Build relationships with Subject Matter Experts to help deliver learning goals
- Develop impactful management summary materials and presentations that highlight key updates, recommendations, and next steps
