Job Summary:

Sr level Market Development Representative will oversee sales activities within a defined territory in in Memphis, Tennessee

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to establish and obtain new accounts within an assigned territory.
• Monitors existing accounts and regularly communicates with primary contacts for the account.
• Works toward increasing sales growth in the territory at established goals determined by COO and/or Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
• Assists with the coordination of sales efforts for other territories.
• Produce accurate forecasts for new business.
• Prepare Sales Presentations and proposals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competition.
• Monitor client activities to ensure contract compliance and profitability.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent leadership and self-motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and complete work while traveling.
• Thorough and demonstrated knowledge of territory, market, and industry clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong sales process knowledge and skills using a CRM- Bullhorn Experience preferred
• Ability to work remote and have strong collaboration abilities at all levels
• Creative marketing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Willingness to travel

Education and Experience:

• 7-10 years of outside sales experience preferably in the staffing industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
