• Supports the US Dept. of Justice- Executive Office for Immigration Review. T
• his position is responsible for a variety of duties from records management to reporting to customer service. Works directly with the DOJ client.
• Performs any combination of the below and similar clerical duties requiring limited knowledge of systems or procedures.
• Hourly Wage (non-negotiable): $17.38 + $4.23 Health & Welfare
• Work Shift: 8:00a – 5:00p (this is not a remote position – 100% onsite position)
• Duties and responsibilities:

• Retrieves, sorts and maintains records using tracking system.
• Writes, types, or enters information into computer, using keyboard,
• Copies information from one record to another.
• Proofreads records or forms. - Counts, weighs, or measures material.
• Sorts and files records.
• Addresses envelopes or packages by hand or with computer or postage machine.
• Stuffs envelopes by hand or with envelope stuffing machine.
• Answers telephone and conveys messages.
• Stamps, sorts, and distributes mail.
• Stamps or numbers forms by hand or machine.
• Photocopies documents, using photocopier.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization at this work location
• Must have customer service/telemarketing experience
• Must be detail oriented, dependable, and able to do routine work along with organizational skills
• Basic computer skills, data entry experience
• Four or more years of mail or general office experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
