Summary:

Marketing Content Analyst is responsible for the implementation of marketing content that drives lead generation, customer acquisition, and increased brand awareness. Content applies to but is not limited to: print, publications, digital, branding, locations, events. The position is responsible for inbound and outbound lead generation, retention, and engagement.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, coordinate, and promote new and existing digital and traditional marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Manage organic search strategies including regular site audits, keyword research, inbound link generation, content generation, and competitive analysis.
  • Research, conceptualize and write/develop content including splash pages, email blasts, sales tools (online and traditional), blogs, white papers, and press releases.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and ecommerce teams to support digital promotions of programs and events.
  • Prepare marketing reports and metrics for measuring program success.
  • Recommend changes to website content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords and page relevance.
  • Help develop and execute website traffic plan with KPI’s.
  • Stay informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape while helping implement marketing, branding, and advertising initiatives.
  • Coordinates with relevant departments on all promotions productions
  • Collaborate with product managers to implement new and modified programs and initiatives.
  • Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Graphics and Marketing field.
  • Able to move ideas throughout the entire development process from brainstorming to completion.
  • Confer with department heads/locations to discuss requirements, present concepts and to coordinate marketing activities.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks assigned by the Global Marketing Director or other senior management.
  • Organized and self-motivated.
  • A great deal of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent and 5-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.


Skills
AND Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing tactics and SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
  • Develop and manage content for integrated marketing campaigns, BHID.com, landing pages, paid and organic digital content, social, webinars, videos, and events.
  • Experience with Constant Contact or similar automated marketing tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams to align and communicate corporate objectives and goals.
  • Social media experience and how to build engagement.
  • Partner with senior leaders, sales teams, ecommerce, external agencies, and freelancers when needed.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while paying attention to detail, yet able to have fun.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.


Travel Requirements
:

  • 10% travel

:

  • Reports to Global Marketing Director
