Your Role

The Sr. Analyst, Contracts Management, is directly responsibility for Front Line Care National and Regional Accounts and Group Purchasing Organization agreements, as well as other non-standard or complex agreements for the assigned customers. Has direct contract management responsibility in support of product launches, market price changes, contract payments/accruals, contract expiration/renewal activities and other ad-hoc analysis as needed. Works collaboratively with various Business Operations functions, Sales and Marketing teams to resolve contract issues, support others in timely deal quotes and ensure accurate invoicing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for the creation and lifecycle management of assigned contracts at the national/group level as well as other direct agreements, including implementation and ongoing alignment with authorized distributors.

• Researches and resolves quoting, pricing and invoicing issues and supports Sales in the monitoring and execution of contract expirations and renewals.

• Responsible for the assigned contract maintenance activities to ensure National and Strategic contract rebates and other payments are paid timely and accurately. Processes all assigned contract related payments and assists and reviews those assigned to others as needed.

• Supports system validation and testing as needed.

• Manages training materials for all Pricing and Contracting procedures. Coordinates new hire training and continuing education. Prepares and distributes procedural bulletins and ensures Standard Operating Procedures are up to date.

• Creates and monitor S-Ox compliance metrics and reports and make recommendations for ensuring ongoing compliance.

• Conducts individual and team audits to ensure compliance with SOP’s, minimize negative impact of errors to Baxter’s order to cash processes, maximize overall team quality and identify and deliver training as needed. Initiates quality improvement processes, SOP’s or guidelines based on the analysis of performance information.

• Leads or participates in team and division projects as required.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor Degree required

• 3+ years of industry experience or 4+ years experience if coming from different industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of SAP, JD Edwards or similar enterprise system or other contract/pricing system is a plus.

• A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word as well as experience with data and reporting tools such as Cognos, Tableau or other BI systems is highly desirable.

• Must demonstrate the ability to follow prescribed processes and contribute to on-going process improvement.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $60,000 to $132,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
