Now hiring Senior Corporate Accountant. Salary up to $90K. Permanent position.

We are in need of a Senior Corporate Accountant / Corporate Accounting Analyst for a manufacturing company for the oil and gas industry. In this corporate accountant role you will manage the corporate facility and 5 other business units, plus a unit in Canada - about 15 bank accounts. Schedule: 8hr. - 8.5hr. day (In office, NOT remote)

Location: 5 minutes from the Intercontinental Airport (George Bush) - Texas

Responsibilities include:

• Accounting for corporate ledger / consolidated financial statements
• Treasury Management and Bank Administration
• Compliance and Tax (i.e. annual 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC filings, various quarterly/annual tax filings, etc.)
• Liaison with Human Resources / Payroll & 401K Accounting
• Financial Analysis (daily sales reporting, company-wide master sales dashboard, variance analysis, budget, forecast, etc.)
• Account Reconciliation, Corporate Accounts Payable, Journal Entries
• Full Month Close (high volume email during this time)
• Communicating with multiple CEOs/Executive Personnel
• Advanced Accounting Skills/Background

Requirements:

• 3-5 yr. Business Finance/ Accounting experience
• Solid Cost Systems and Manufacturing background preferred
• Bachelors in Accounting / Finance degree with accounting experience; MBA (preferred)
• Advanced Excel experience and ability to work with large volumes of data; strong analytical capabilities including financial modeling
• QuickBooks, ERP / Accounting system experience (required); HFM, OneStream or cube-based software experience desired
• A collaborative team player with excellent time management, passion for knowledge and growth, analytical, meticulous attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, excellent report-writing, communication and presentation skills
