Senior Data Analyst

ABS Kids is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for extracting data from our practice management and billing system, Central Reach, and using the data to generate reports to be used by management from various departments in the Company.

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for communicating with various teams to determine their reporting needs in order to ensure appropriate revenue cycle management, scheduling optimization, payor performance, and clinical differentiation reports and other clinical operations reporting as required.

What would you do?

Data Extraction and Report Generation as requested by the Clinical Operations team

• Utilization reviews
• Metric analysis of performance on assessment tools
• Establishing working formulas on spreadsheets and pivot tables
• Sending automated communications to clinical staff

Building custom business applications to collect data

• Dynamic forms
• Microsoft Sharepoint/Power Apps

Data Extraction and Report Generation for Revenue Cycle Management and by the Billing Department

• Accounts receivable aging in the aggregate and by payor
• DSO
• Claims processing information - % payment on initial bill, denial reasons and resolutions, reasons for rework/rebilling, etc.
• Time to collect
• Payor performance against contract

Data Extraction and Report Generation as requested by the Managed Care Department in maintaining payor relationships

• Maintaining payor relationships
• Provide regular performance measures quarterly to payors
• Reports documenting contract performance and compliance for contract records and files

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Expertise working with a variety of data sources including R, Python, and SQL
• Knowledge of data mining, data integrations, and system automation
• System integrations via API
