Eagle Pharmaceuticals is currently seeking a qualified, highly motivated, experienced individual for the position of Senior Director, Oncology Contracting. This individual will be responsible for leading overseeing business analytics for payer, GPO, and IDN agreements. This would include assessments for the development and implementation of strategic pricing and contracting approaches for Eagle Pharmaceuticals currently marketed and pipeline oncology products. The director acts as a key business partner and strategist to Sales, Brand Marketing and National Accounts for providing objective, in-depth information, insights, and recommendations. The leader in this role will demonstrate a strong experience managing analytic, pricing, and contracting dynamics, a string aptitude for hypothesis-driven analytics and outstanding problem-solving skills. This Director partners cross functionally to ensure coordination of services and deliverables, including contract performance dashboards along with key performance indicators and forecasting Eagle’s oncology brand’s ASP.

Responsibilities

• Leads collaborative cross function initiatives to develop and manage all oncology contract performances and ensure all contracting and pricing activities are compliant with company polices
• Leads the develops contract financial modelling and analysis for commercial payer, buy and bill, GPO and IDN business development.
• Provide strategic direction for the development of contract financial modelling and assessment for oncology contracting opportunities which include GPO, IDN and other value-based contract offerings.
• Manages contract scorecard to assess post deal analysis for all Commercial, GPO, IDN and Government contracts
• Collaborate with cross functional leaders from Sales, Marketing and Legal for the development and implementation of oncology product contracts
• Provide leadership and vision for the support and management of Eagle’s GTN processes in collaboration with Eagle’s senior leadership and Finance department.
• Provide project leadership, guidance and maintain minutes for Eagle’s Oncology Contract Pricing Review Committee
• Establish pricing principles, policies, SOPs, and business analytics that result in the measurement of financial success; including development of key performance indicators.
• Oversee and manage all of Eagle Pharmaceuticals oncology product’s rebate processing

Qualifications

• B.S. Required, MBA preferred.
• 10+ years pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Contracts, Pricing or Market Access within the pharmaceutical and/or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Prior leadership roles in pricing, contracting/reimbursement, analytics and forecasting development.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and business skills; with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the knowledge of source data (e.g., IQVIA,) with the ability to research complex policy issues and lead quantitative analyses.
• In-depth knowledge of health care pricing, contracting and reimbursement practices and regulatory requirements.

• New product launch experience within a Commercial or Market Access role.
• Advanced knowledge of Medical Benefits, Buy and Bill, VA, DoD, 340B and Commercial programs and payer policies including knowledge of Government price calculations and compliance regulations a plus.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced multi-tasking environment including managing multiple projects with on time completion.
• Demonstrated ability to process complex information and summarize it concisely in writing and/or verbally in a professional manner and in a time sensitive environment as required.
• Excellent leadership skills to work across functions with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to gain consensus and drive results.
• Prior experience developing and measuring value-based contracts a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to travel up to 50%
• This position is based in our Woodcliff Lake, NJ office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $225,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
