About the Role:

CaaStle is growing! CaaStle's talent needs are varied across many teams, such as, data, product management, client success, business development and distribution center roles. Reporting to the Global Head of People, the Sr Director is responsible for the global talent acquisition function with direct management accountability for the US Corporate and Distribution Center recruiting teams.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the recruiting process across all departments, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
  • Manage the candidate process, which includes sourcing, screening, evaluating skill levels, managing the offer process, conducting reference checks, providing salary recommendations
  • Build global TA infrastructure by using technology and data to guide decision-making, process improvements.
  • Design global operating models and policies that promote diversity and inclusion, such as ensuring diverse candidate slates, training for hiring managers and ensuring we use inclusive language in all hiring materials
  • Responsible for candidate experience including design and building of employer branding activities
  • Inspire and lead a diverse, multi-level TA team
  • Maintain relationships with agencies
  • Be a partner to hiring managers, providing coaching on interview best practices and providing guidance through the hiring process
  • Partner with People team on talent acquisition-related projects, and collaborate on improving current talent acquisition processes

Candidate should demonstrate:

  • Experienced building partnerships, with internal leaders and external vendors
  • Data oriented thinker, comfortable using data and analytics to guide decision-making
  • Experience partnering with leaders from different departments and backgrounds
  • Demonstrates the judgment and process to make decisions that impact long-term success of function
  • A future-oriented outlook geared toward achieving continuous improvement.
  • Contract letter and offer negotiation experience
  • Exemplify our core values and operating principles
  • Education or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or 10 plus years related training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in Technology//SaaS industry

Pay Range:

$195,000-$215,000. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
