The majority of your clients will be based in the Seattle/Bellevue area and working hybrid patterns. If you are not within commutable distance of these locations, you will be expected to travel approximately once a month to enable you to participate in key face to face meetings.

  • Proactively plan and design, as well as identify and diagnose issues in order to drive solutions.

A day in the life
Working closely with VPs, Directors, and their leadership teams, you will focus on employee engagement and experience, talent strategies and driving short and long-term work that aligns with business goals. You will work closely with our HR Partner team as they provide HR support to first line leaders and employees.
