The Sr. HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is a key member of our growing Human Resources team, and will partner closely with their clients and within the HR team to help deliver on our company’s goals for growth, innovation, and an environment that inspires our employees. The Sr. HRBP leads and supports initiatives that will help deliver great talent, create collaborative and engaging organizations, and develop great culture, values and leadership – all with the goal of delivering on Treace Medical’s business plans and growth opportunities. This position reports to the Human Resources Director.

What you will be responsible for:

• Build strong and trusting relationships with clients and within the HR team.
• Understand client needs and objectives; build and execute timely, effective, and scalable people programs and processes to support the business objectives.
• Deliver key talent initiatives—including leading and supporting change where needed-across their client organization, including employee relations, leadership development, talent reviews and assessment processes, succession planning, performance management, competency development, etc.
• Support and promote a positive team member experience through good hiring, retention, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives and activities.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Provide guidance and input on business unit organization development, restructures and/or organization changes, workforce planning and succession planning.

• Minimum of 5 years as an HR Generalist or Business Partner.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
• May require up to 10% travel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred.
