Practice Area:

• Resort/Hospitality: You are experienced in providing leadership and mentorship. In this role, you will mentor groups of 10-12 designers on multi-faceted hospitality design projects, including hotels, condominiums, restaurants, and retreats.

The Senior Interior Designer provides leadership and mentorship to the interior design team. This role serves as the main point of client contact for the interior design scope. The Senior Interior Designer is responsible for inspiring, managing, and guiding the creative design process and technical documentation throughout all phases of project execution. This role is present at owner, construction, internal team and consultant meetings. Oversees vision and concept development, space planning, document content, detailing and FF&E design and specification tasks from design though the bid process and construction.

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent field.
• 15+ years of interior project design and documentation
• Client presentation experience
• Ability to foster and maintain business relationships
• Business development of interior scope and sale experience
• Interior design, visioning, concept development and space planning proficiency
• Hotel, for-sale multifamily (condominium), resort support and food-and -beverage expertise
• Knowledge of graphic programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience coordinating and collaborating with clients, design consultants, and owner's representatives
• Experience in the development of project construction documents and FF&E specifications
• Proposal and fee development experience recommended
• Mentorship and leadership skills and experience required
• Construction phase experience required
• Revit knowledge recommended
• NCIDQ certification preferred

Salary: $105,000 to $125,000 depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.
