Job description

New York City-based single family office seeks exceptionally intelligent and responsible Senior Investment Officer with outstanding communication skills to oversee and execute investment and asset allocation strategies and planning.

Responsibilities will include:

- Evaluating current and prospective investments and strategies, synthesizing information to come up with bottom-line recommendations

- Understanding and incorporating tax implications, liquidity needs, and prevailing market conditions

- Analysis and forecasting by modeling different scenarios and options

- Communicating with and producing clear reporting to the principals

- Coordinating input from multiple stakeholders to drive forward initiatives and projects

- Employing a comprehensive approach, addressing time horizons from short-term to multi-generational and spanning asset classes

Exceptional research, analysis, and communication skills are a must, as is an ability to operate with the family’s specific goals in mind. Family office experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
