JOB SUMMARY / GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Maintain facilities at Home Office, South Campus, Carrollton, and possible other locations. Repair and maintain all
HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Provide advanced maintenance on all aspects of buildings, including furniture,
floors, windows, walls, and ceilings. Meet with and oversee contractors on certain projects.

- Diagnose and repair HVAC/R system.
- Understand electricity and make repairs to electrical equipment and systems.
- Disassemble and reconfigure various brands of furniture.
- Perform repairs on any building components.
- Perform any other duties as necessary.
MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A teammate in this position must:
- Have at least 3 years of maintenance experience.
- HS Diploma required. Associates degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Have working knowledge of electric and manual hand tools.
- 3 or more year's experience in plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
- Have strong communication skills and ability to communicate with internal and external customers and third
- Be able to work in a team and achieve desired results quickly.
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, grasp and reach above the head for extended periods of time.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Works in office environments as well as warehouse and mechanical rooms and outdoors.
- This position may require work in hot and cold temperature extremes and exposure to dust, dirt, fumes

- Requires occasional on call work and overtime to complete project outside of normal working hours
