SALARY: $100,800 - $113,400

ROLE SUMMARY:
Oversee our management services team within the corporate systems application group, whose charter is to keep the businesses running and operating in an efficient manner, giving the business agility, and addressing operational needs quickly. Help lead and support a cohesive organization of strong individual contributors working together to maintain SLA’s and drive the business forward.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Day-to-Day management of corporate systems application support in a 24 x 7 environment

Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly and annual metrics

Raises and track issues and conflicts, removes barriers, resolve issue involving stakeholders and escalates to appropriate level when required.

Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative and compliance functions within the commercial area are being properly executed in accordance with regulations and best practices.

Build an effective customer support experience

Identify operational priorities by accessing operational objectives

Engage stakeholders to understand and prioritize needs, priorities, and capture requirements for operational needs

Develop end-to-end Documentation and SOP plans

Communicate operational statuses to the team and stakeholders according to prioritized business goals and operations.

Manage compliance/SOX/MICs for area, including review/approvals of production promotions
-
Manage new demand/coordinate with vendor resources/project managers to execute
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field OR 2-3 years of Information Technology experience

2 years Project Management experience preferred

Previous experience managing support teams
-
Ability to initiate and manage cross- functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects

Superb communication, organization, deductive reasoning, and time management skills

Application Monitoring

SLA Understanding

MS Suite

SAP HR experience a plus OR Workday/Dayforce experience

Basic Understanding of Cloud Operations
