Job Summary:

The Senior Communications Manager will develop and execute an engaging communications strategy that promotes Kinetic Advantage and its services. They will propel our brand’s image by producing high-quality content that reaches target audiences. This individual will be the liaison between the leadership team and our key stakeholders. We are seeking a candidate that is a competent professional able to create consistent messaging that will help our reputation, brand recognition, and growth.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build loyalty, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
• Plan and manage the content and production of all communications
• Work with marketing to generate new ideas and strategies
• Supervise communications to guarantee all content is publication-ready
• Create communication strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions
• Define key performance indicators for each communication
• Create informative and interesting press releases and press kits
• Prepare members of leadership to speak at upcoming industry events and important meetings
• Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster team member morale
• Write and deliver an internal newsletter monthly
• Respond to communication-related issues promptly
• Draft communications including email campaigns, social media captions, product presentations, announcements, and advertisements
• Create content using a variety of technology platforms and tools to assist with marketing initiatives
• Provide field team members with current resources for prime customer engagement
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new content opportunities
• Discover effective communication channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to dealer and auction partners
• Assist in the design and management of email templates and automated communications within our CRM tool
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or relevant field
• 7+ years experience in internal and external communications

• Must provide writing samples during interview process

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
• Must be able to communicate clearly
• Ability to operate computer and office equipment, maintain paper files, move about an office environment
• Must be able to move objects up to 20 pounds
• Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully within the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
