Job summary
Our Talent Acquisition organization, supporting Amazon Advertising, Devices, and Entertainment businesses, is seeking an experienced leader for our Recruiting Programs teams. This leader will manage a team of talented Program Managers responsible for developing and executing on strategy for hiring across various channels, including process improvement and candidate placement programs. This Senior Manager will bring forward a combination of strength in people management, hiring and developing a team of talented program managers, and and program management, building a framework for program excellence across strategy and execution.




Key job responsibilities
  • Hire, coach, and manage a team of program management professionals
  • Build and implement strategy for hiring and placement of candidates across team’s sourcing channels, including setting goals and timelines, analyzing metrics, developing roadmaps, and creating other mechanisms to gain collective alignment
  • Partner with senior business leaders, recruiting, and HR to align on strategy and demand across the annual hiring and placement lifecycles. Serve as the primary point of contact with various partners and stakeholders, including other Amazon organizations
  • Determine process improvements for team efficiency, internal customer experience, and external customer experience

  • MBA or equivalent relevant business experience
  • Experience delivering results across multiple teams, influencing without authority and gaining buy-in for a collective vision, timeline, and outcome
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and communication (verbal and written) skills

The base pay range for this position is ($151,400 -225,200/yr). Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
