Where you Come In
Medicaid Enrollment Process Team is looking for a Senior Process Improvement Professional to join working remote anywhere in the US or in Louisville, KY! We support the day-to-day activities of Medicaid contracts for a specific market (state). We focus on creating the best member experience for our Medicaid members and associates who process a member’s enrollment in our internal systems. Medicaid has grown substantially over the last few years and we are part of Humana’s footprint in growing our Medicaid business in the future.
We are looking for a professional who is passionate about the Medicaid experience and driving positive change at Humana. They will manage multiple processes within a given state specific market. They will also maintain and build strong partnerships across areas that include Membership and Plan Services, Business Development, Medicaid Senior Products, Knowledge and Learning Solutions, Service Fund and Provider teams ensuring that the team’s work is well-integrated with similar initiatives across the company.
