Your New Role...

Monolith Productions is seeking a Senior Producer to support our development team by facilitating their needs, creating and tracking their tasks, promoting communication, and driving towards established goals. The Senior Producer would be responsible for working with the team to help organize and track significant areas of development, including mentoring and oversight of areas owned by junior and mid-production roles. They would work within the team to ensure that their team’s needs are met, dependencies have been communicated, and the project is meeting its milestone expectations.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Production oversight over significant areas of project development, including supervision, management, and mentoring of Producers supporting those areas

• Responsible for working with feature leads to break down project and team goals into meaningful milestones

• Maintaining feature/team schedules and status reports, dealing with possible risks and inevitable changes/alterations to original planning

• Efficient scheduling and running of meetings, assessing all prior requirements and ensuring goals are clear and followed up on

• Enable internal team communication through regular standups and weekly content reviews to confirm tasks are on track and any dependencies will be solved

• Help set the tone for our shared production philosophy. Using judgement within defined practices anticipating change in order to direct efforts as needed

• Collaborate across disciplines to align milestone priorities and solve dependencies

• Drive assets and goals through their entire pipeline; ensuring teams are both getting what they need upstream and delivering appropriate dependencies downstream

Qualifications & Experience...

• 5+ years’ experience working in Production on an internal development team within the videogame industry

• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Good communications skills, a friendly and open nature, and an active and curious mind

• Thrive on opportunities to engage in high pressure problem solving preferred

• Are capable of reading between the lines to clearly identify the most critical points in development discussions preferred

• Enjoy taking a large numbers of variables, boiling them down to a clear and driven message with achievable goals preferred

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $89,180.00 - $165,620.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
