Senior Product Manager, Master Data Management - MDM | (HYBRID)
Job description
The Senior Product Manager, Master Data Management acts as a subject matter expert in the business and technical administration of Reltio, developing, implementing and overseeing projects, initiatives, procedures and processes for the effective maintenance and utilization of the application and is the expert point person for Reltio for all users across the enterprise.

Job Duties
Supports the Sr. Mgr., Master Data Management and MDM team to establish and execute MDM roadmap- Provide stakeholders, team members and partners with thought leadership and coaching on the platform configuration, maintenance, monitoring, optimization, and utilization
- Accountable for the business administration of the Reltio MDM application in all environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD) which includes configuration changes, RDM and UI changes, stewardship, user role definition and management, support, and project deployment.
- Drive the strategy and roadmap for the master data management platform based on Reltio MDM, as well as to partner with IT colleagues to design the technical solution and data architecture to comply with IT standards
- Incorporate enterprise master data management, governance, data quality and solution integration best practices into the end-to-end MDM solution
- Tune Reltio MDM to refine data matching, survivorship, and merge rules, and achieve optimal balance between functionality and performance
- Refine MDM customer and reference-data data models as the business evolves
- Monitor key performance indicators of the MDM solution to ensure data quality and established policies are working as expected
- Partner with Reltio to facilitate upgrades, maintenance, deployment, and UI changes
- Manage weekly status report process to provide visibility to Enterprise Data and Analytics portfolio of work
- Proactively partner with stakeholders to plan and design optimal solutions and provide user support to resolve issues
- Create, maintain, and update all training and reference material on intranet and other resource sites related to Reltio
- Assist with vendor relationship and participate in quarterly business reviews
- Keep current on market trends in data management tools and best practices to proactively uncover solutions to new and existing business challenges and opportunities
Essential Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms as a developer and/or administrator with hands on experience administering an industry-leading MDM platform, Reltio highly preferred.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with logical and physical data modelling, data profiling, data mapping/transformation, data cleansing, along with deep understanding of SQL and database technology as a mechanism to achieving end results
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions with customers/business users, leveraging the value of the MDM solution and the best practices to implement it
- Must be a strong team player with excellent oral and written communication skills at both the business and technical level, and able to collaborate as part of a team to deliver exceptional results in a rapid paced implementation environment
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities across multiple projects/initiatives Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders across the organization with impact and influence
- Ability to make logical connections between business processes, data and analytics capabilities, and data standards
- Demonstrated record of consulting and successfully working in complex, matrixed environments to build and maintain positive relationships and accomplish goals; ability to lead through influence
- Excellent people skills including a talent for managing interpersonal challenges with grace and empathy and influencing stakeholders without formal authority
- Excellent planning and organizing skills and the ability to self-manage involvement in multiple concurrent areas of responsibility; proven ability to exercise sound judgment and take initiative
- Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
- Strong conceptual and process-thinking abilities; excellent attention to detail and ability to focus on the big-picture
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; especially Outlook and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of JSON a plus
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Mathematics or Statistics)
- Certification/License: Reltio certifications a plus

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $132k - $140k annually + annual bonus
Target Compensation in Rocklin, CA 95765: $145k - $155k annually + annual bonus
Target Compensation in San Jose, CA 95134: $162k - $172k annually + annual bonus
