Our architectural firm is seeking a Senior Project Architect with a Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. As a Senior Project Architect, you will lead the project team in all project phases, providing daily guidance and mentorship while developing designs and documents in accordance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the project team throughout all project phases, from schematic to construction phase.
• Maintain frequent communication with the project team, attend meetings with clients and consultants, and coordinate with all stakeholders.
• Formulate work plans and scheduling strategies with the team and adhere to established project schedules.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, both physically and virtually, and assume leadership in presentations.
• Develop planning and creative-design concepts, prepare presentation and design drawings and details, and provide planning and design support in the preparation of design documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, assemble data to complete drawings, and research materials to incorporate into project cut book.
• Provide technical knowledge to promote the delivery of accurate, detailed, and coordinated project documentation.
• Assist in specification preparation and quality control reviews throughout the office.
• Understand local building and fire codes, perform construction administration tasks including shop drawing review, RFI's, and document modifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.
• Familiarity with local building and fire codes and construction administration tasks.

Pay: $102,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
