The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with a broad range of constituents to formulate project scopes, deliverables, budgets, timelines, risk assessments, and on-going project management frameworks that successfully implement business projects. The individual in this role will be expected to possess superior understanding of the technical aspects of project management but also for leading project status reviews, communicating project status to key stakeholders, and motivating project teams to achieve business goals.

Where will you work?

• This is a full-time position working a hybrid schedule seated in our Swedesboro, NJ office.

What you’ll do:

• 
  Collaborates with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
• Ensures that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.
• Creates, manages, and distributes project communications documents, such as charters, schedules, and budgets.
• Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders.
• Communicates routinely to management, customers, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing customer and project team feedback.
• Create accurate and realistic project plans to meet business objectives.
• Schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to projects.
• Mentor more junior team members and share knowledge.
• Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plans.
• Plans and leads status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and customers.
• Assists in business development efforts to create project proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules.
• Successfully resolves technical and operational issues as required.
• Continuously assess the firm’s project management processes and recommend improvements.

Who you are:

• 
  An experienced Project Manager who has led project meetings, facilitated discussions, and resolved issues
• Experienced in leading strategic, enterprise-wide projects
• You can effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a complex environment, meeting tight deadlines
• Possess knowledge of conflict management and change management techniques
• Demonstrated experience with business process reengineering and documenting SOPs

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and able effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals
• Skilled in MS-Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet

What you’ve done:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study; PMP certification preferred
• 3 – 5 years project management experience leading key cross functional business projects with full accountability for project execution including proven ability to work with management teams.
