X-Force is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for one of our clients in Huntsville, AL. This is a Direct Hire position, with an Industry leader in Ballistic Missile Defense Systems. Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience, degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, with an emphasis on practical software development experience
- Relevant software/firmware development experience
- Must be able to travel to various contractor, vendor and Government facilities
- Current or past experience using C++, Python, JavaScript for software development
- Experience with MATLAB or other engineering and analysis tools
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recent experience in Ballistic Missile Defense System programs or technologies
- MS Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or other related software development major
- Working knowledge of Missile Defense Programs; experience with Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) is very desirable
- Experience with DoD software engineering, modeling and simulation policies and best practices
- Prefer additional experience with: Electron, Jenkins, Docker

Pay: $89,007.31 - $220,000.00 per year
