Are you looking for a pivotal role at an expanding General Contractor as the Lead Superintendent for their Jacksonville division?

The successful candidate will have experience as a Senior Superintendent, leading new construction projects, and be comfortable as the “face” of the projects. You should have a strong knowledge of job site safety requirements, planning, scheduling, and relevant technologies. Obtain strong proficiency in leadership, teamwork, and mentoring. Must be proficient in construction software’s.

Technical Experience – The Right Individual:

• Experience as a Lead Superintendent/Senior Superintendent running commercial projects
• Has completed and led multiple Ground-up projects, overseeing all elements from conception to completion
• Has Commercial project experience on $20M + K12 or Higher Education projects

Must Have:

• Ground-up K12 project experience
• Experience building, managing and tracking CPM schedules

Compensation:

• Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 + Project Bonus + Truck Allowance
