We are looking for passionate and experienced copywriter contractors to join our mission. This position will work directly with our Content Managers and SEO teams to create valuable, keyword-focused content for our partner's websites in order to help them rank better in search engines. You will be responsible for communicating with our team, understanding SEO content briefs, writing amazing content within assigned timeframes, and revising it as needed. Requirements/Skills
- Copywrting
- SEO Content writing
- Google Suite (docs, sheets, etc.)
- Understanding of keywords / keyword strategy
Job Responsibilities
- Communicating with SEO teams and Content Managers
- Understanding content wireframes / briefs
- Writing valuable, well-researched copy
- Time-Management / Hitting deadlines
- Revising content as needed
- (BONUS) Experience in a specific industry (law, medicine, real estate, etc.)
This position will require experience in SEO copywriting, but we're mostly looking for someone with a positive, teachable attitude who can fit easily into the company we're creating. We want writers who communicate well, manage their time, and create valuable, helpful pieces of content.
This is a contractor position. Pay will be project-based and calculated by word-count. Beginning pay may vary depending on experience, but quality content is always rewards with bonus pay.
