• Greet table once sat
• Provide menu tour, answer questions about menu items
• Make recommendations for accompanying cocktails, beer and wine selections.
• Closely monitor guest dining experiences and report any issues to Restaurant Manager.
• Follow and satisfy Forbes Four Star Service Expectations.
• Follow department opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards.
• Create guest checks and payments.
• Responsible and accountable for all equipment and materials handled.
• Acquire and practice exceptional menu/wine knowledge and up-selling techniques.
• Attend training sessions and complete training project tasks.
• Communicate and maintain strong relationships with other departments.
• Contribute to overall resort team effort by completing additional duties as assigned.
