The Iron Horse's service staff will sell, serve and run DELICIOUS food; sell, serve and pour STIFF drinks-- and most importantly, staff help us continue to curate our badass BRAND. In all seriousness, we ADORE our service staff. Join Shannon's F & B team to know and experience (first-hand) the kind of maternal love we're all seeking out, but never ascertained as children. 12/10 current service staff say working for Shannon is equitable to giving your inner child a long, warm hug. **Disclaimer-- I am not a doctor, nor do I practice psychology/medicine, so I don't know any of this to be fact.**
In addition to serving food, servers will engage and train other staff members, upsell our fantastic seasonal menus, work together as a service team to promote the Iron Horse... to bring in more customers (and employees!), flip and prep tables, fulfill regular closing duties, show up/out, cash-in tips and revenue in Aloha's POS, and lastly, enhance guest experience by occasionally being nice to them.
Ancillary Details:
>Attend pre/post-shift meetings with managers (be willing and able to report progress or setbacks with solutions or feedback!
>Working shifts to cover where needed; this includes weekends, holidays, and days where you had absolutely no intention of leaving your bed... (sorry in advance!)
>Ability and willingness to lift 50lbs regularly (balance trays, lift kegs with help, etc.)
>Strong interpersonal skills!
