Ensure our customers have exceptional dining experience, be passionate about food and service, and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers.
Role and Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and direct them to their tables
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into our system in a timely fashion
• Facilitate the filling of drink orders between customers and the bar
• Memorize our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to dining room customers
• Provide attentive service to customers by refilling drinks as needed and checking in during meals
• Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
• Suggest additional menu items, such as desserts and drinks, when appropriate
• Obtain amenities for patrons with specific needs, such as highchairs for parents
• Operate the drink fountain and coffee station
• Count down the till at end of every shift
• Perform all other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment
• Able to stay on your feet for an extended period of time and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• High school diploma/GED preferred, but will consider current students

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years’ waitstaff experience preferred
• Comfort with noisy, high-volume atmosphere
• Capable of working well under pressure
• Knowledge of food service regulations an asset

The server plays an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences. We are interested in growing our team, and are in search of a professional Server. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition, and previous experience working as a Server in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.20 - $15.00 per hour
