Sushi | Bar Miami Beach is looking for a dedicated Beverage Professional to join our team in South Beach. Compensation range is based on average tip pool allocation.

This position serves intimate groups of 12 people at a time, three times per evening. Primary responsibilities include water service, table maintenance and most importantly wine and sake service and pairing.

• Possibly 35-45 hours per week
• Must be ok with long shifts, 10 to 12 hours, small working spaces and heavy guest interaction
• Experience is important, but passion for wine and sake is a must.
• Japanese cuisine experience preferred as well.
• Experience with private/ banquet dining is a plus
• This is a wine, sake, beer and cocktail program with a heavy emphasis on pairings
• Currently open Wednesday to Sunday but will be opening seven days a week
