Cold Harbor Brewing Company is a family-owned, community brewery in Westborough MA. For the past 7 1/2 years, we have operated out of a modest location, where we have been humbled by the tremendous support shown to us from our local community, as well as from our wholesale distribution partner, Craft-MA, shipping all over the state. After years of being inhibited by our space, we are so excited to announce the building of a BRAND NEW, much larger facility at a more convenient location (200 yards off of Rt.9) in Westborough! The building will be a new home for our brew system that will include additional tanks and a canning line, PLUS a NEW KITCHEN for a full service restaurant that will have substantial outdoor seating!
Cold Harbor Brewing is currently seeking an motivated culinary professionals to fill server positions in our new facility. Servers are an integral part of the hospitality team at Cold Harbor.
Requirements:
- Experience preferred. Will provide training opportunities to the right candidate. Experience in an independent restaurant preferred.
- Shift may require standing on feet for an extender duration.
- Stable employment history and references recommended.
- Must have flexible availability for both weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team with empathy, humility, positivity and tenacity.
- Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section
- Taking customers’ food and drink orders
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
- Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant and brewery menu
- Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
- Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant
- Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events
- Other duties as assigned
- Create a meaningful partnership and establish open lines of communication with the General Manager, and Owner.
