Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some after hour dispatching that is required (service phone must always remain on).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Job responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to:
- Dispatch service technicians throughout the state of Wisconsin
- Quote repairs
- Maintain calendar.
- Coordinate with customers on the servicing of their equipment.
- Processing work orders to be billed.
- Organizing workload for technicians
- Maintaining PMs with current customers.
