We are looking for a service delivery manager who is customer-focused and hard-working for user’s success. Are you someone who will partner with our product teams to understand and get results at all stages of project lifecycle? WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a frontline Planning and Manufacturing Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in Nike Technical Services production support, you will work as a part of our Nike Technology Services Organization, supporting world-class solutions for Nike. You will be responsible for SAP Planning function modules including S4 Hana and SAP. You will work with the business and IT partners to ensure that production support activities are planned in a way that compliments and supports total alignment with the strategic plan. You will ensure vendors are completing operational performance targets, standards, and procedures. Also, provide oversight to ensure prioritization and restoration of services within the functional area.


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will work with the Director of Nike’s Production Support Team in Nike Technical Services, with responsibility for the delivery of L1/L2 Technology Support. You will collaborate with the leaders in our global business organizations. You will also have the opportunity to partner with Senior Leaders and Managers in Nike’s Domain and Global Product Teams.


WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years IT Service Delivery Management experience in a customer-facing role
  • 2+ years experience in a management, supervisory or lead-level role
  • Strong working technical knowledge & hands-on proficiency in S4 HANA, SAP AFS and/or ERP systems that support integrations and related processes
  • Expert knowledge on SAP APO (Advance Planning and Optimization) attribute-based planning, constraint planning, and Purchase Order processing (this may include relative products like o9)
  • Strong techno-functional knowledge and working experience in Supply Chain domain projects with databases (e.g. Oracle, Teradata) and operational/dashboard reporting tools (e.g. Cognos)
  • Strong competence to understand the business needs in a very dynamic environment
  • Exposure to cloud computing services, a plus
