This Service Desk position operates as primarily a technical support role for requests of a technical nature. The primary objective for this role will be to serve as tier 1 technical support for our various applications and services, generate ServiceNow tickets for tracking and group reassignment, and complete research-oriented requests from the various teams within the Baptist Health Network.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities include supporting the internal staff in resolving customer access-related issues and aiding in ensuring customer satisfaction in every step of problem resolution for all supported systems. Included but not limited to Service-Now, Mychart, Active Directory, workstation remote support in a windows environment, popular Internet browser issues, and routine user access maintenance duties

Education

High School diploma plus 1-3 years technical school preferred.
