We’re looking for an exceptional Residential Plumbing Service Manager to help us achieve our operating plan. As the plumbing service manager, you will work as part of a dynamic, pasionate, culture driven team to ensure financial goals are met.

You will manage all plumbing service technicians. Your main focus is to improve the quality of their work along with profitability, as well as running your own sales, service and install calls. You will drive your pay as it is performance based and is commensurate with experience. Previous work testimonials, references, pictures required.

Responsibilities:

  Direct technicians in sales, service, installation and training.
• Ensure effective and clear communication with team, office and dispatch.
• Train, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards.
• Ensure quality of the work performed by your team.
• Ensure satisfaction and equality within division.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure that daily revenue and sold-hour goals are met.
• Show employees how their individual contributions matter to the company’s success.
• Communicate clearly, show recognition and build rapport with employees.
• Monitor employee engagement levels and promote a healthy work environment.
• Train and advise staff members on how to win new referrals and gain repeat business.
• Establish customer satisfaction metrics, evaluate performance and coach staff to success.
• Formalize a plan to train and improve the field technicians.
• Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty at all times.
• Shape company culture by living out agreed upon values of commitment, professionalism, integrity, quality and enthusiasm.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record in the plumbing field, with 5+ years experience; leadership experience a plus
• Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Quick, sound decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent certifications is a plus.
• Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Clean driving record and background check
• Journeyman license (minimum of 1 license) for Buffalo, Amherst and/or Cheektowaga
