Job description
Summary: Performs all jobs necessary as needed. Guides and directs other personnel, gives in service training to others. Makes sure work orders and PM’s are done in a timely fashion. Assists as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Replacing light bulbs, outlets, switches and other electrical functions.
- Solder copper pipes.
- Plumbing duties, such as unclogging drains, changing toilets, sinks, replacing valves, handles, etc.
- Repair drywall, install drywall, paint new drywall.
- Work on low-voltage wiring as needed.
- Ability to read schematics: electrical, plumbing and building facility.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Two years of college is preferred
Associate’s degree is preferred
Required License:
Valid Driver’s license is required
Certification:
HVAC Certification is preferred
Electrical certification is preferred
