Job description
SharePoint/Power BI Designer6+ month contract
Plano, TX (Hybrid)
This person will be responsible for creating and designing the Modern SharePoint Website as well as create dashboards on Power BI.
The candidate WILL NOT be creating any sort of training content.
Responsiblities:
Perform post training evaluation and analysis
Maintain reporting databases for key learning metrics
Collect and analyze data for various fiduciary and learning reports
Monitor data to identify changes in business trends
Develop graphs and charts to provide insight into key learning data points
Support development of new reporting requests
Conduct database audits on reporting tools and learning management system
Pull reports from LMS for Trainers and Sales Development Team as needed
Update Attendance Records
Support transition of learning management system (from LEAP to SAP Litmos)
Modern SharePoint Design
Develop and maintain a Modern SharePoint site
Should have intermediate level of Modern SharePoint experience
Experience with Power Query and PowerBI
Pretty heavy with Analyst background and Microsoft office experience with Python (this is a bonus)
Requirements:

Ability to organize and assimilate data
