Shelter Staff Substitutes
Staff are needed to help with shift coverage on an as-needed basis, when regular staff is out sick, on vacation, etc.
Position entails oversight of a residential facility and requires the ability to be a resource/encouragement to residents while also holding them accountable to house rules and expectations.
Requirements include prior work in a human services position, ideally in a shelter for homeless/displaced persons, along with outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to remain steadfast with enforcement of guidelines; and a commitment to fairness and confidentiality.
Dependability, flexibility, and punctuality a must.
Candidates subject to drug and background check processes.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
