Work schedule would be Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM with Mondays and Sundays off.

Park Avenue Thrift is a nonprofit thrift store and we exist to strengthen the Enid community and serve others by collecting donations and giving the proceeds to Enid nonprofits that invest in quality of life initiatives.

The position of Retail Shift Leader is responsible for assisting in daily operations of the retail store, supporting sales floor employee training and supervision, and closing the store. The Retail Shift Leader will be trained in all areas of the store and works in each department as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides supervision to sales floor employees
- Ensure merchandise is being stocked in a timely manner
- Provides training to new sales floor employees as needed for proper floor and cash register procedures
- Provides excellent customer service and interactions with customers and employees
- Resolves complaints and communicates with the management team
- Close cash registers and prepare for deposit
- Open and close the store on Saturdays
- Plans and assigns sales floor staff specific daily duties
- Collaborates with sales floor employees to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
- Monitors theft and suspicious activity
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management
- Follow all policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High School degree or GED, preferred
- Dependability
- Integrity
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Background in retail
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Highly organized
