This is a full-time, 30-40 hours per week, position. This person enjoys helping others, is personable, adapts to change, is quick on their feet, and a fast learner. Shift Supervisors possess leadership and exceptional customer service skills, honesty, positivity, and enjoys working with and helping others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide the best possible experience for Every Customer, Every Time by being helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly
- Assist with customer concerns
- Ability to learn and operate point of sale system and assist cashiers with register discrepancies
- Go-to leader on the sales floor when other associates have questions
- Resolve customer conflicts
- Complete and delegate opening and closing procedures
- As key holder, open store with staff and secure store at close
- Manage incoming online orders and in-store special orders
- Assist in training and development of peers
- Maintain awareness of current sales and promotions
- Restock merchandise displays as needed
- Assist with stocking shelves from deliveries
- Assist with general store maintenance
- Retail Sales and Key Holder experience preferred.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Able and willing to complete Forklift operation certification
- Able to lift 40 lbs
- Able to operate machinery (key cutting, paint machine, and starting outdoor gas-powered equipment)
- Available to work weekends and holidays
