Job description
We are looking for both day and night shift managers in a fast paced, locally owned pizza shop in Grover Beach.
~You must have a MINIMUM of 2 years experience in a pizzeria or as a shift manager at a restaurant.
~You must have strong communication, management and leadership skills.
~You must be able to multi-task and delegate responsibilities.
~You must able to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
~You are reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
~You must have good communication and verbal skills both over the phone and in person with customers.
~You are able to work well as part of a team.
~You have legible handwritting and a basic knowledge of the geography and streets of the 5-Cities area.
~You must be available on weekends and holidays.
~You must be at least 18 years old.
~You are able to lift 20lb items constantly and 50lb items occasionally.
~Bi-lingual a bonus.
