Good Times is on the lookout for a Shift Manager who wants to grow with our company.
A Shift Manager is someone who leads by example. Someone that feels comfortable learning the Good Times way and teaching others how to do the same. You would be responsible for running multiple shifts in a given week and have confidence in leading the team.
As a shift manager we want you to:
- Provide fun and positive work environment for your team.
- Work independently and show an ability to improve.
- Have a passion for hiring, training, and developing team members.

- Find safety standards a must in everything you do.
The job requirements for a shift manager are:
- You have recent fast food experience.
- Ability to stand and walk around the kitchen for extended periods of time. (get your steps in ya'll!)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. (sometimes repetitively getting your workout on).
- Proficient in English.
