FUNCTIONS:

• Receive, stock, distribute, and ship inventory items per TASE policies.

• Operate shear and saw.

R*A*NGE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General Responsibilities.

• Sets A and B.

• Correctly record each inventory transaction on the computer.

• Miscellaneous Responsibilities:

• Package per customer requirements.

• Perform minor carpentry tasks.

• Determine most beneficial disposition of drop.

• Set-up and remove items needed for employee meeting.

• Move parts in compliance with the ERP System..

• Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities:

• Ship per customer and TASE requirements.

• Unload freight trucks.

• Make local deliveries and pick-ups as required.

• Properly ship material returns.

• Maintain PO file, match with packing list, and forward to accounting.

• Ship scrap material.

• Raw Material and Finished Goods Inventory Responsibilities:

• Issue hardware/material per TASE pick list.

• Perform daily cycle counts.

• Maintain and organize stock room locators.

• Understand and use FIFO inventory practices.

• Tooling Inventory Responsibilities:

• Know types of tools, mylars, and prints.

• Assign tool location numbers.

• Check out tools, prints, and mylars.

• Receive new tools, mylars, and prints from customer.

• Report obvious physical damage to tools, prints, and mylars.

• Audit inventory of tools, prints, and mylars.

• Independent Saw Responsibilities:

• Set-up and operate either the horizontal or vertical band saw or circular saw.

• Saw parts per shop router.

• Perform preventative maintenance on saw equipment you run and set-up.

• Independent Shear Responsibilities:

• Set-up and operate shear.

• Shear parts per shop router.

• Perform preventative maintenance on shear.

• Perform monthly inspection (using checklist) of overhead crane.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Degree or GED equivalent.

• Able to lift 30 pounds minimum on a regular basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
