• Job Type: Full time
• Shift Schedule: Day shift, M - F (hours may vary)
• Salary: $18 - $20 / hr depending on experience
• *Plus, hourly incentive bonus earning up to an additional $2+ and hour*
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

• The shipping position is primarily a forklift operator position, focused on loading trucks.
• Also assists with warehouse order fulfillment and product packaging.
• Operator interfaces with truck drivers and plant personnel to ensure safe and efficient loading.

• Responsible for operating a forklift loading trucks, in the warehouse and production areas of the plant.
• Prior to shift start, complete forklift inspections.
• Seat belts are to be worn at all times and the lift must be operated at a safe speed.
• Clean surface areas and keep areas organized.
• All trucks/shipment are to have proper paperwork, product counted and verified after loading.
• Packaging slips and customer specific product labeling must be attached to all loads as specified.
• All trucks loaded by the forklift must be properly secured in place before and while loading.
• Assist in warehouse or plant as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.
