WE NEED A FULL TIME MANAGER FOR BLACK CAP COFFEE & BAKERY'S MORRISVILLE LOCATION in downtown Morrisville, VT. A beautiful, busy downtown coffee shop that attracts locals and tourists alike.

At Black Cap Coffee & Bakery of Vermont in our four locations in Stowe, Morrisville, Church Street in Burlington, and now downtown Waterbury, we are well known for delicious coffee, fresh pastries, wonderful breakfast and lunch items, wonderful customer service and a great work environment! We need a person who will be in charge of the team and the needs in this shop, ordering, and leading by example. Good customer service skills, an engaging personality, a friendly team-oriented attitude, and reliability are essential. A love of coffee and baked goods doesn't hurt either! This new person will be welcomed into our managing team reporting to the Operations Manager.

Competitive pay according to experience. The mentioned amount is a starting point for discussion and can be adjusted depending on the skills and potential of the candidate. We like to plan career development for candidates with prospects of long term working relationships.
