Meison is currently seeking an independent, business-minded Showroom Manager to bring a heightened focus on the customer experience of our brand-new Southlake Retail Concept. The Showroom Manager will drive all activities that support achieving store business objectives while creating an unsurpassed service culture.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and maximize key performance to consistently achieve the overall sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and achieving profitably
- Ensure proactive communication to Direct-to-Consumer teams and Stylists on clients’ requests and merchandise opportunities to drive business
- Ensure merchandise is presented following brand visual, marketing, and operational directives & standards
- Promote local brand awareness
- Establish market & showroom presence
- Plan events to bring in new customers
- Responsible for creating consumer experience processes including but not limited to increasing sell-through performance and building an unparalleled relationship
Experience and Qualifications:
- Retail management experience of 5+ year in luxury apparel or other luxury products is preferred
- Ability to identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
